Wallingford

Wallingford is an awesome neighborhood in which you can truly experience Seattle. Located north of downtown Seattle and south of Green Lake- between I-5 and highway 99. There are numerous shops, restaurants and parks to visit with family and friends.

You can wander up and down N 45th St and run into the Wallingford Center across from QFC on N 45th St & Wallingford Ave N. The Center used to be an old school building and has been renovated to house a variety of restaurants, shops and apartments. Gas Works Park is on Lake Union- south of N 45th St and the Burke-Gilman Trail runs alongside the park. This is a beautiful place to watch the fireworks on July 4th- or to spend time flying a kite or enjoying a picnic. This is a popular park- a Seattle favorite!
