Madison Park

Madison Park is a small neighborhood at the Northeast corner of Seattle named for the park at the base of Madison Street. It is circumscribed by Lake Washington to the east, 39th Ave to the south, Lake Washington Blvd to the south and west and Union Bay to the north. Madison Park is an upscale residential district that boasts a number of fine shops and eateries as well such as Cactus, Attic Alehouse and Eatery, and Café Parco. During the late Spring and Summer you can often find people laughing and enjoying their time al Fresco as many of these restaurants boast fine outdoor patios.

Within the neighborhood of Madison Park also lies the exclusive gated community of Broadmoor known for its beautiful and unique homesites, gardenesque setting, and Broadmoor Golf Course and private Club.

Local Public Schools that service this area include: Montlake and McGilvra Elementary Schools, Washington Middle School, and Garfield High Schools. There are also a variety of Private Schools in the vicinity for you to choose from as well.
