Edmonds is a beautiful little city located just 15 miles north of Seattle and 18 miles south of Everett.

Located along the west-facing slopes of Puget Sound it provides many amenities, including amazing views of the water and Olympic Mountains, access to four beaches and waterfront parks, and easy access to downtown. Edmonds is also home to the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry which carries the highest number of vehicles and second highest number of passengers for all state ferry routes.

There are many amenities provided for residents and visitors including The Edmonds Fountain, a local landmark. Edmonds has a great sense of community and hosts a number of different festivals in the spring and summer. There are numerous well-kept residential neighborhoods, a viable economic base, and an active, involved citizenry.

The City of Edmonds is served entirely by the Edmonds School District which also serves Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Brier and Woodway. Edmonds-Woodway is the main high school and there are 6 primary schools within the district.
